Feel good factor

Still trying to figure out why I’m feeling so good at the mo. Just buzzing and I really don’t know why.

Maybe it’s because I saw my dad for the first time in far too long, yesterday.
Maybe it’s because I’ve been cutting down on the beer and getting semi-regular exercise or that I am starting to enjoy my job again.
Maybe it’s the time of year with our first real Christmas in our new house (we moved in just before Christmas last year) just around the corner or the fact I had four hours sleep last night and I’m becoming delusional?
Maybe it’s the fact that I am now able to see after getting my first pair of glasses last Thursday and the fact that this has led to the disappearance of my constant headaches (should have put 2 and 2 together there a long time ago.)

I don’t really care what it is that’s caused it all I know is that, at the moment at least, I’m happy and I hope you all feel the same.

This as quite possibly been the most biographical I have ever been on this weblog, maybe this is another sign of my current positive thinking.
