Returned to Aonach Mor today to try our luck again with the view. Glad we did. It was clear on the way up that it was going to be a lot clearer this time around. This time we got a much better view of the ground disappearing away.
Although you travel up to 2150 feet the most you are from the ground is about 60 feet as the mountain goes up as you do. To be honest though this thought is not a comforting as youd hope when the cars stop and youre getting buffeted about by the wind.
Went on the other of the 2 paths this time which took us to Meall Beag, with the mist gone we could, this time, see for miles. The views were amazing, too good for words in fact, so I took pictures.
